Ssenvewo Ismah

Trained as teacher at Makerere University, the leading University in East Africa, Ismah has worked as a teacher in Uganda for over 5 years. He therefore has infinite knowledge about the Ugandan education contextual landscape and experience with working with children. Unique about Ismah is the fact that he was born and raised in the lower end of Kampala city. He has grown up seeing other children struggle with the very basic needs of life, which inspired him to start this ministry.

Chief Coordinator

Ronald Ngobi

Ronald has over 7 years’ experience in International Development of working with both National and International Non-Government Organizations as program manager. He is a graduate of Adult and Community Education of Makerere University, a degree that places him at the heart of programming and managing community development initiatives. Further, Ronald holds a Master of Science in Global Development of the University of Agder, Norway, which gives him the stature to understand global development issues. Ronald possesses various program management certificates, making him a unique resource for the MWCF ministry. Premised on Born Again faith, Ronald’s passion for poor children and the bottom million people is indispensible, and that is why he willingly accepted to work with our ministry. He works as the glue that brings the entire team together. We are happy to have him. Ronald is a member of the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaboration Council (WSSCC); member of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD); member of Rural Water and Sanitation Network (RWSN). Technical Advisor

Sekajugo Richard

Trained as teacher at Makerere University, the leading University in East Africa, Richard comes to MWCF with a teaching experience of over 15 years. Richard is undoubtedly a huge resource to the ministry. working with Faiha High School and Rines Secondary School, Richard’s mastery of working with children of varied backgrounds and ethnicities makes our team unique. Like Ismah, Richard as born and raised in Kasubi suburb, a lower end of Kampala city for the low income earners. He has equally grown up seeing other children struggle with the very basic needs of life. As a Born Again and lover of Jesus Christ, Richard is profoundly associated with MWCF’s of providing for the protection, welfare, prevention of violence, abuse, exploitation of vulnerable and poor children.

Administrator

Nalubaale Faridah

Faridah is a competent, honest, flexible, hardworking and reliable experienced administrator. With over 5 years’ in Administration, Faridah possesses impeccable skills in conflict management, communications, including interpersonal, organization, counseling and teamwork. Such skills are relevant to the MWCF ministry. She holds a diploma in Secretarial Studies of YMCA, Kampala-Uganda.
